Good morning crafty friends....
Have I told you just how much I love this September kit?!
It is incredible!
Cooking and baking is a HUGE part of my life- in fact many tell me I am like an Italian grandmother because you will always find me baking or cooking something. I believe in the classics and perfecting them and I have 3 boys who will attest to how much I love to cook for them.
So when I saw this beautiful vintage style recipe kit I knew I wanted to make a special "Secret Recipe" album for my boys.
I actually have a son turning 18 this month and it really brings me to tears thinking about how much they have grown. So why not give them the best gift of all....mom's secret recipes.
They aren't REALLY secret but I have my private little tips and perfections they won't be able to find anywhere else. I mean nothing compares to what you grow up with.
So I am very excited to share this with them as I fill each recipe card with their favorites.
That's my story and I am sticking to it!
I hope they cherish it as much as I cherished creating it. I kept the decor on the album flat and simple- I mean they are boys after all.
I also created this coordinating giant cupcake magnet just for fun in my kitchen.
I created it and then I added magnetic tape to the back! How cool is that?
