Leah here with you today, and I am so excited about being a part of the Clear Scraps Creating Made Easy Kit Club!! This kit comes packed with gorgeous scrapbooking goodies that make it easy to create with. All you need is your new kit from Clear Scraps, adhesive, and photos!
Today, I am showing off this little 6x6 Acrylic album I made for my baby cousin, Gabby to give to her mommy and daddy come Valentines Day. I watch her 4 days a week, she is like one of my own and in plenty of photos, which made me think creating this keepsake on her behalf would be a treasure for her parents!

For the cover I used a Clear Scraps number mascil and laid it across the top of the acryic. From there, I used Alcohol Inks and dropped them directly on top of the stencil all over the cover, then let it dry. Once dried, I removed the mascil and started laying the flowers and embellishment stickers for the cover.
I used a sharpie metallic marker to outline all around the album pages to make them stand out.
From there, I cut the Basic Grey pattern paper 5 1/4" x 5 1/4", and adhered them to the rest of the acrlyic pages. Once you have this part completed, the rest of the album comes together super quickly.
I trimmed my photos to 3x3 in size, matting some on the scraps of pattern paper, or by distressing the edges with ink.
If you do not add adhesive to the very edge of a photo or pattern paper,
it makes it easier to come back later to add another layer. You can
typically find me tucking in stickers, flowers, or more pattern paper
this way.
On the very back here, I am going to let Gabby color on the sticker to put the finishing touches on this Valentines gift. Everything is included in the kit except for the alcohol inks, sharpie marker, book rings, and mascil.
Thanks so much for joining me today!
